By creating an account or using Remex (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to use Remex to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or send fraudulent invoices or agreements.

You retain ownership of the data and content you add to Remex. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices, agreements, and other documents you generate.

We work to keep Remex available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the Service. Remex is a tool to help you manage your freelance work; it is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.

You may stop using Remex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
